Tasu Leech was the ruthless leader of the Kanjiklub gang, a criminal organization operating in the Outer Rim territories of the Star Wars galaxy. He was a formidable enforcer, known for his brutal tactics and loyalty to his clan.

Leech and Kanjiklub crossed paths with Han Solo when Solo attempted to smuggle rathtars aboard the freighter *Eravana*. Solo failed to pay them for a previous business deal, leading Kanjiklub to confront him. This confrontation occurred shortly before the First Order launched their attack on the Republic.

During the incident on the *Eravana*, Tasu Leech attempted to capture Han Solo and Rey, but was thwarted by the release of the rathtars. The creatures rampaged through the ship, resulting in significant casualties within Kanjiklub. Leech's fate after the rathtar incident is not definitively known, but it is presumed he survived as Kanjiklub continued to operate afterwards.
